Three Weeks Intensive Study Camp for Y12 Students

March 2020 Study Camp

Our three-week study camp for year 12 students was beneficial in all aspects.

Due to the camp’s impeccable time structure, students immersed themselves within their studies in an orderly fashion, whilst supervising teachers kept distractions within each class to an absolute minimum. Furthermore, the camp also provided an abundance of exam resources for each subject, giving every student plenty of opportunities to refine their potential exam performance.

Moreover, students in the camp possessed the opportunity to converse with their teachers regarding their practice exam performance, as well the ability to express any concerns, worries or inquiries regarding the contents of their respective subject’s study design which is increasingly difficult, and inconvenient to do so if those inquiries or concerns were expressed on a digital domain.

Overall, the study camp was well administered, and students were highly motivated during their studious endeavours. For year eleven students who wish to conduct their year 12 studies at this school, I highly advise that you participate in any activities similar to this camp, especially if someone like Mr Kara, who has an immeasurable passion for teaching, is willing to administer such events.

For all of my peers in Year 12, I wish you guys the best of luck in your studies, and hope that you guys achieve considerable success in your post high school endeavours. This year has been tough on all of us, and I can easily say that it was a true test of everyone’s resilience. However, it is important that you guys understand that tough times do not last, but tough people, like you guys, always do. Never doubt yourself regardless of your individual or environmental circumstances. Every last one of you are destined for greatness. Good luck!!!
